Your favorite restaurant in the Hotel Biograf **** in the sand is changing.
From 1 November 2013 operates under the auspices of the new chef Luke Jellinek and a new name -Restaurant Malkus.
The hotel is a brand new a la carte and when compiling the restaurant decided to focus primarily on the freshness of the ingredients and working with local farms, and quality suppliers.
So you can enjoy such as roast pork doll with port wine reduction and au gratin potatoes or try the renowned French specialties to desserts - Crepes Suzette.
There is also a regular gastronomic events in the near future it will be roasting geese and St. Martin'sBeaujolais menu and from January, you can also enjoy the gastronomic calendar for the coming year.
