Theatre file JKTyl Czech Budejovice os, which was established on 5 September 1895 and works continuously for 118 years. Currently works as a civil association, which has over 50 members of all ages. Every year in November and not a competition organized amateur Budějcká Thalia . Since 1952 , since when dates modern history file , was the production of a total of 234 performances ( 93 and 141 evening fairy tales) .

In 2008, we completed the work in the theater hall E.ON to Lannova in Czech Budejovice and after two years , negotiations on our action elsewhere. Despite these problems and the plight we continued to cite the temporary place of work performances on the small stage Metropol at other venues in Czech Budejovice and nearby. Since 2010, we have a new home stage in the building of the South Bohemian regional organizations Pioneer , 45 Jan Hus , Czech Budejovice - Theatre U chapels .

Our performances can visit October to April and in the summer months set used for its theatrical activities of natural and historic scenery .
